Our client is responsible for any loss or damage to equipment, not incurred by A Fine Flower Company staff, and will be billed for such losses. Is is the responsibility of the wedding party to protect against the loss of rental items and to insure the timely return of the rental items.
As romantics, we would prefer to avoid the drudgery of discussing the specifics of financial requirements, but as business professionals, we find it beneficial to both our clients and ourselves to do so.
