We at A Fine Flower Company are pleased to be assisting you in the planning of your special day.  With close to thirty years of creating wedding memories, we willingly share with you our insights and experiences gained from serving hundreds of brides.


We have earned a reputaion among peers and clients for creations that are different, special, and magical.  Each wedding is custom designed and especially tailored to your personal style: wether romantic elegance, contemporary, garden style, or traditonal.

A commitment to excellence, and empasis on service, and attention to detail are our hallmarks.  We hope that our involvement in your wedding celebration will add a measure of beauty and grace and will relieve you of many worrisome details


The guideline of a budget figure greatly assists us in suggesting/choosing the most effective use of your dollars.  Without a budget guidline, our quotation wil reflect out best attemp to carry out your expressed desires; such a quotation is only one possiblity and is open to negotiation and change.


We have a complimentary one-hour consultation and a $25.00 fee for a written proposal sent within one week.  This fee may be applied to wedding costs.

A $100.00 reservation fee will secure our services for your wedding date, and is non refundable in the event of cancellation of services.  All monies will be applied to wedding costs.

Fifty percent of the outstanding balance is due 60 days prior to the event, with the balance to be received 10 days before the wedding.  Additional/incidental cost accured after final payment will be billed net 10 days.

Final account of details (number of tables, boutonnieres, corsages, etc.) should be submitted one week in advance of the scheduled wedding.

Please make every effort to ensure that we are able to gain entry at the determined time at building site (church/reception.)

Additional time billed at $50.00 per hour.


Over the years, we have gathered an extensive collection of vases, pillars, baskets, linens, and props which we rent.  Our client is responsible for any loss or damage to equipment, not incurred by A Fine Flower Company staff, and will be billed for such losses.  Is is the responsibility of the wedding party to protect against the loss of rental items and to insure the timely return of the rental items.

As romantics, we would prefer to avoid the drudgery of discussing the specifics of financial requirements, but as business professionals, we find it beneficial to both our clients and ourselves to do so.

CHECKLIST (Answers to the following questions will increase the productiveness of our consultations.)
    1.   What time are photos scheduled?
   2.   How early may we deliver?
   3.   Is someone at the facility willing to be resp;onsible for rental items left until they are
         picked up after your wedding?
   4.   What restrictions, if any, does the church and reception area have regarding candles?
   5.   Is there another function before or after yours at either site?
   6.   Breing any photos and pictures showing flowers and bouquet styles that appeal to you.
   7.   Do you have a fabric sample of Bride's Maid's dresses?
   8.   What color and fabric are Mother's gowns?  Is a wristlet or hand posie of flowers 
         referred over a corsage?  What is Mothers' preference in flowers?
   9.   Make a note of those you would like to honor with a boutonniere or corsage.
